How to Redeem

You can easily redeem your Storecheq Gift Card at storecheq.com for any listed brand or retail store voucher. Redemptions are done instantaneously except where specifically mentioned. Redemptions can be done partially or fully at any time by logging into your Storecheq account. In case you have multiple Storecheq Gift Cards, they will be redeemed in order of their expiry date from earliest to later.

1. Go to storecheq.com
2. Click on Received Gift
3. Enter the Reference Number
4. Click Submit and follow instructions

Storecheq Registered customers can login to their account to redeem as follows.

1. Click Redeem under Actions for the Storecheq Gift Card.
2. Select Brand or Retailer
3. Enter Amount and read Terms for the Brand or Retailer
4. Click Redeem
5. You will be given Voucher Code and PIN (if applicable) that you can use to make payment for your purchase at the Brand or Retailer. Voucher Code and PIN are also stored in your Storecheq account and sent to your mobile and email on record.

Terms & Conditions

Validity: 3 years (1095 days)

1. This Storecheq Gift Card is issued by Storecheq Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India).
2. The Gift card can only be used to purchase any products including vouchers of all listed Brands and Retailers on storecheq.com.
3. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. During redemption if the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card the difference can be used for subsequent purchases within the validity period.
5. During redemption if the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid by other available modes of payment.
6. The recipient of the Gift Card must protect the Reference Numbers, voucher codes or PIN to avoid misuse. Storecheq will not be responsible in case the card is stolen or used without permission.
7. Once expired the Gift Card cannot be re-validated.
8. Gift Cards are delivered instantly or at your chosen date and time to the recipients email or mobile number. In the unlikely event of a system issue, the delivery may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
9. No returns and no refunds are allowed.
