This E- Gift Card is freely transferable and redeemable for any Nike product/merchandise at select participating SSIPL store in India as mentioned below.
This E- Gift Card can be redeemed only once.
The E- Gift Card is valid at a list of participating SSIPL stores mentioned on SSIPL website www.ssiplgroup.com.
This card will get activated 24 to 48 hours after purchase.
This E- Gift Card needs to be used in full. In case the value of the product exceeds the value of E- Gift Card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the E- Gift Card.
This e-card cannot be clubbed with any promotion or offer running at Store.
This E- Gift Card cannot be exchanged for Cash/Gift Cards/Credit Notes.
Protect the E- Gift Card number and PIN to avoid misuse and treat it like cash. SSIPL shall not assume any liability in case the card PIN gets stolen/compromised, SSIPL shall neither replace the E- Gift Card nor refund cash.
This E- Gift Card valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Only valid E- Gift Card would be accepted.
Any disputes/s shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
SSIPL reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
This E- Gift card is the property of SSIPL to whom it should be returned on request.
E- Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
